Just in Time for Summer
The Mattimar Building team was tasked with renovating a beautiful home in Park Orchards. The family that lived in the residence wanted to elevate their summer lifestyle by giving their pool house a new look.
The brief was to create a large, open space to entertain friends and family. And with summer around the corner, the family looked forward to a pool house that fulfilled their entertaining dreams.
Our team broke down the entire space to give it a new ‘facelift’. Old-time windows were removed and replaced with lasting steel-framed windows that filled the space with light. The results were instantaneous - a space that was more welcoming and bright.
The result was an inviting and functional living environment that feels effortlessly spacious, delivering everyday comfort and a welcoming area for guests.
An Entertainer’s Dream
Entertaining should be practical, and this remained a key consideration during the internal renovations project. We extended the porch roof to cover the outdoor BBQ area, making it easier to entertain outdoors.
The BBQ area seamlessly blended with the outdoor lounge, high chair dining, and pool.
A feature piece of the luxury renovation project in Park Orchards is the installation of booth seats. With custom leather seats and a smooth, wooden round table, it added a touch of premium aesthetics and a pop of colour to the space.
Additionally, it was a practical solution to seating a number of people in a small area.
A Vision Realised
The internal renovation process was seamless, as the pool house structure was still in good condition and required little maintenance. Thanks to our partners at Dodge Cabinets, we maintained a high-quality finish for this project, and the client was exceptionally satisfied with the results.
